My Dream Home in Galway Ireland By Sylvia Evanson My dream home in Galway, Ireland A cozy home who’s exterior is made to look authentic of old Ireland but internally is modern in conveniences. I would like the home to overlook the bay without having any close neighbors so I could appreciate the quiet and serenity of the water. My ideal home would have a very clean, minimalist design as I do not like a great deal of furniture taking up space, nor do I like visual clutter. I would have an Art Deco feel to the rooms -– something like the set of an Astaire/Rogers movie. Burnished copper appliances in the kitchen, curving glass countertops and porcelain tile floor. My bath would have a large soaking tub and a steam shower. The bedroom would have a dressing area with large walk-in closets. And, of course, cats sleeping in the sunny spots!
